In addition to Visa / MasterCard / Switch / Delta, payments can also be made by Bankers Draft made payable in £GBP and by Telegraphic Transfer ( please contact us for details ). If you pay using these methods your order will not be despatched until the funds have been deposited into our bank account

Orders paid for by Bankers Draft or Telegraphic Transfer can be despatched to any destination or address of your choice.


When you place an order online and pay using your Credit or Debit card the payment will be deducted from your account immediately the transaction is completed.

Please note that as most items are always in stock the despatch of your goods will also be immediate. In the very unlikely event that we are going to be out of stock for any period of time (more than 2 weeks) or there will be some other reason for a delayed despatch the website will very clearly reflect this. You can of course always defer placing orders until the items actually become available or until the advised despatch date. We always make the date that a new line is going to be available for despatch very clear before accepting any orders or payment for the item.

Order cancellations must be notified to us by email to info@eagleeyeuk.com at any time from, immediately after the order is placed, up to 8 working days following receipt of the delivery. You will receive an official cancellation reference number by return email. If your order has already been despatched you will be required to return the goods at your own expense to us at Wentshaw Lodge, Fairseat, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN15 7LR, UK within 8 working days following your cancellation or if the goods have not been received by that time, within 8 working days after they are received by you. EagleEye do not accept any liability for goods damaged during transit back to us and proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You are strongly advised to send packages using a service requiring a signature upon delivery and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.

Any arbitrary returns received back without having first had an official cancellation number issued by us or outside of the parameters detailed above, will not be deemed to be a recognised order cancellation.

When goods are returned to us they will be inspected to ensure that they have no signs of having been used in any way and are in a condition suitable to be sold again 'as-new'. If this condition is not satisfied the goods will be deemed to have been used and therefore unsuitable for resale as new.

We do not accept any arbitrary returns.

If you have any doubt whatsoever about placing an order, we would respectfully ask you not to waste both your time and ours by placing an order that you are not fully committed to.


Non EU countries

If your order has already been despatched at the time you contact us you will be advised accordingly. You will then be required to return the unopened goods to us at Wentshaw Lodge, Fairseat, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN15 7LR, UK within 10 working days of their receipt, at your own expense.

We will advise you on exactly what needs to be done with regards to the return packaging in order to avoid accruing further expenses - our instructions in this respect must be followed precisely. The original P&P charge that you have paid to have the goods sent to you will not be refunded as we will have to pay this to the courier. EagleEye do not accept any liability for goods damaged during transit back to us and proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You are strongly advised to send packages using a service requiring a signature upon delivery and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.

Our products come with a one year return to base guarantee covering defects in materials or workmanship - Parts & Labour only.

To combat increasing Internet fraud and avoid possible problems with deliveries to alternative addresses, orders are ONLY despatched to the REGISTERED PERSON AND BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. If you enter a different address other than the one at which the card is registered when placing your order, we will not despatch the order. Your payment will be refunded, less a charge equal to 10% of the order value ( £10.00 minimum ), this will be deducted from the refund due to be paid and is to cover the transaction and admin costs we will have incurred. Because we understand that genuine mistakes can easily be made, at our sole discretion this charge may be waived dependant upon the circumstances, which will be determined and agreed on an individual basis.

Any import duties or other local charges that may be payable in your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not operate a "TRY IT OUT " policy. This means that we do not sell our products on the basis of people ordering our goods just to try them as doing so would then render them unsaleable again, as-new. Please satisfy yourself entirely that the product is what you require before placing an order. Feel free to e-mail us with any enquiry, we will be most happy to answer your questions quickly and clearly.

If there is a problem with your purchase it will be dealt with under our products guarantee. You should first e-mail us to explain the problem you are experiencing and to determine if there is a simple solution.

This means that if you purchase one of our products and for some reason it does not perform as specified you will receive, arguably one of the best services to be found on the Internet, in having the matter resolved promptly and courteously.
